One of my favourite recipes is this immune-boosting broccoli salad recipe. It’s quick and easy, is full of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, and tastes delicious! Perfect as a side, or as a main dish.
This refreshing broccoli salad can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Yields : 2-4 people
Prep Time : 20 min.
1-2 heads of broccoli
2 red bell peppers
1.5 cups walnuts
¼ cup olive oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. honey
Pinch of sea salt and pepper
1. Dice the broccoli, apples, red bell peppers, and walnuts.
2. In a small bowl, prepare the dressing with olive oil, lemon juice, and honey.
3. Season to taste with a pinch of sea salt and pepper. Enjoy!
