Chocolate Energy Bites Recipe

30 Medjool dates, pitted
1 ½ cups of walnuts
½ cup of unsweetened coconut flakes
¼ cup cacao powder
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp orange zest
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend together until everything is fully combined and the dough holds easily together when squeezed in your hand. If not, add more dates.
3. Roll the dough into tablespoon-sized balls. If desired, roll in coconut flakes or dip in chocolate.
4. Store the balls in an airtight container for up to 1 week or keep them in the freezer.
